CoreCare CPR was founded by Segun Elesho, a Certified CPR Instructor with extensive experience in healthcare, caregiving, and emergency response training. With years of hands-on experience in caregiving, hospital emergency response, and non-emergency medical transportation services, Segun knows firsthand the importance of CPR and first aid skills in real-world emergencies.
His passion for community safety, preparedness, and empowering individuals to be first responders in their own environments inspired him to pursue CPR instruction.
With a team of certified instructors and healthcare professionals, CoreCare CPR ensures that all training programs meet national safety and healthcare standards, delivering high quality CPR and first aid education supported by real world expertise.

Mission
Yoga is said to have originated in India during the Golden Age, nearly 26,000 years ago. The actual Sanskrit word, when broken down, means “to control”, “to yoke” or “to unite”.
